This policy explains how EASYRED (이지레드), a sole proprietorship registered in the Republic of Korea, handles personal information from inquiries and use of easyred.dev. This policy applies to easyred.dev. Separate services follow their own privacy policies. If the English and Korean versions differ, the Korean version prevails.

01Inquiries and website features
We receive inquiries only by email at eydprod@easyred.dev. This website has no inquiry form and uses no cookies or analytics tools. The workflow demos have controls that run in your browser and do not submit personal information.
The er-lang value in localStorage stores your language choice and remains until deleted. The er-lang-redirected value in sessionStorage is a language setting that prevents repeated automatic language redirects and disappears when you close the tab. Clearing site data in your browser settings deletes both values. These values are language settings, not personal information, and are not sent to the server.
The Qumo introduction pages (/qumo/, /ko/qumo/) and Mom's 11PM introduction pages (/mom11/, /ko/mom11/) load fonts from jsDelivr, an external public CDN. Your browser then sends your IP address, browser information and this site's address to jsDelivr. EASYRED does not receive this information, and jsDelivr's handling follows its own privacy policy.
EASYRED processes information in inquiry emails to respond to inquiries and provide quotes and demo guidance. Personal information needed for steps you request while entering into a contract, such as a quote, is processed under Article 15(1)(4) of the Personal Information Protection Act. Other inquiry emails and website access information are processed under Article 15(1)(6) of the Personal Information Protection Act for EASYRED's legitimate interest in replying to inquiries and serving the website securely, within a reasonable scope related to your inquiry or visit. EASYRED entrusts Vercel with processing access information to host and serve the website.
03Information processed
We process the name, company name, email address, contact details, inquiry content and attachments that you send in an inquiry email. When you visit the site, your IP address, approximate location based on your IP address (country, city), access time, requested page URL, browser and operating system information and referring page URL are generated automatically and processed by Vercel.
04Retention period
We destroy general inquiry emails and attachments without delay when the inquiry response and the quotes and demo guidance you requested are complete. If an inquiry leads to a contract, we keep them until the contract ends. If we issue tax invoices or other transaction records, we separately retain the business contact person's information on those records for five years from the day after the statutory national tax filing deadline for the taxable period of the transaction, under Article 85-3 of the Framework Act on National Taxes. Runtime logs are retained for 1 day under this site's Vercel plan (Pro). After Vercel's retention period, they are deleted or anonymized under Vercel's policy. EASYRED does not download or keep access information separately.
If Observability Plus is added, runtime logs are retained for up to 30 days.

08Destruction procedure and methods
The privacy officer checks whether the processing purpose has been fulfilled and whether legal retention is required, then determines which information to destroy. Received inquiry emails and attachments, together with sent replies, are deleted, including copies in the trash. Separately saved electronic files are deleted so they cannot be recovered. Paper records are shredded. Information that must be retained by law is kept separately and destroyed when the required period ends.
09Security measures
Only the representative handles personal information. The inquiry email account is protected by Apple Account two-factor authentication. Devices used to read email have screen locks and operating system security updates applied.
10Your rights and how to exercise them
You may request access to, correction of or deletion of your personal information, or suspension of processing, by emailing eydprod@easyred.dev. Legal representatives and authorized agents may also exercise these rights. An authorized agent should include a letter of authorization. We confirm that the request comes from you or a legitimate representative, act within 10 days of receiving it and notify you of the result. If we restrict or refuse a request, including because of a legal retention obligation, we explain the reason. To object, send details of the action and your reasons to the same email address. We review the objection and notify you of the result.
